Alice & Matthew | June 2018 | Elsham Hall | Lincolnshire

When I was first contacted by Elaine at Bride Beautiful from Elsham Hall in Elsham, North Lincolnshire about Alice & Matthews Wedding I was super excited, Elsham Hall is an amazing venue and I knew that with Bride Beautiful taking care of proceedings it would an epic day.

We met at Elsham Hall as both Alice and Matthew are London based and had chosen Elsham Hall in North Lincolnshire. It was not only the place Alice's parents had wed but also her grandparents and so held a huge family significance.

Alice looked amazing in her sleeveless, long flowing wedding dress, hair up and makeup on point. A real princess ready to meet her prince. The bridesmaids were stunning as well wearing a pastel blue/grey, it just set off Alices dress beautifully. Matthew and his bestman scrubbed up well too, both sporting three piece suits, they looked every inch the part.

The theme was a woodland one and wow everything came together so well. The flowers were amazing, the decor perfect and the actual wedding was just so elegant.

After the ceremony we made our way up to the gardens where Alice and Matthew held a cocktail hour greeting all their guests and then the newly married couple led the party down to the reception for the wedding breakfast. You simply have to see the set up there to believe how amazing it was. Phenomenal is the only word I have for it. The speeches were not only funny but incredibly emotional, even for me.

An old fashioned carousel had been set in the courtyard which I have to say was amazing and made for some epic images.

The weather had been kind, the sunset was awe-inspiring and this was just the perfect day, made for a prince and his princess and for the love they have for each other..
