What can I say about Shelley and Gary's big day.. It was awesome... Thats definitely a word to describe it I'd say.
A beautiful day from start to finish. I knew I was in for a good day when I turned up at the The White Heather at Caenby Corner in Lincolnshire and I was greeted with the laughter of nervousness and excitement that every wedding day should start with. Shelley is hilarious, such a dry sense of humour and I love that, it really made the preparations for the day so easy going. Shelley looked stunning, a full length wedding dress embroidered with gorgeous lace detailing. Gary was in for a real treat.
The venue was fabulous, a marque set up at the back of the White Heather was amazing. All the little touches that Shelley and Gary had done over the last year had come together and looked perfect.
I found Gary at the bar with his best man Jonny. (Who's wedding, incidentally, I shot back in August 2015) Nervous didn't quite encapsulate the look on Gary's face that morning. To say he was a little overwhelmed by it all is an understatement. When a person loves someone so much an event as beautiful as this really gets them in the feels and no-one could blame Gary for getting a bit choked up that day, heck I even did...
I was so pleased to share Shelley and Gary's day and it'll be one I definitely hold dear for the years to come.
